When an author responds to needs-author-feedback, the existing rule returns the issue to needs-team-attention but leaves any author assignment in place. Add unassign: { author: true } to that handoff, preserving other assignees and all existing conditions, labels, reminders, and stale closures.

Same author-only handoff as microsoft/typespec and Azure/typespec-azure.
