Description of Feature or Work Requested

We have introduced a new resource in Microsoft.Network resource provider called AuthenticationPolicy. This authentication policy can be attached to a basic routing rule or an advanced routing rule (default or specific rule) of an application gateway. The swagger for this feature is published and we would need CLI support for this feature.
