Summary

  • add net11.0 as the newest target for the customer-facing Authoring and Testing libraries while retaining .NET 8-10
  • migrate internal projects, CLI tools, examples, and generated templates to .NET 11
  • update CI, release pipelines, analyzer reference assemblies, development configuration, and documentation for .NET 11 RC1

Validation

  • dotnet build --configuration Release
  • dotnet test --configuration Release --no-build
  • dotnet format style --verify-no-changes --no-restore
  • packed Authoring and Testing packages and verified net8.0, net9.0, net10.0, and net11.0 assets
  • generated and built a net11.0 solution from the template package

Add net11.0 as the newest target for customer-facing libraries and move tools, templates, CI, and development configuration to the .NET 11 RC SDK.
