Reuse Azure CLI authentication for Graph, add guided account/application/region and provider selection, and preserve existing provider tenant allowlists with stale-plan checks. Keep commit-pinned script downloads, Bicep compilation, and the existing package release flow. Fix launcher provider-variable collisions, retain package URL validation, stream device-code sign-in prompts, and reject missing unattended provider input before Graph access. Clear LASTEXITCODE only after the expected failed sign-in has been asserted, so the GitHub Actions PowerShell wrapper does not fail a successful account suite. Unexpected errors and assertion failures still propagate. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
