What changed
Add a customer guide with a shorter path to investigating a sign-in or creating a first alert:
Advanced tenant setup, query details, additional alert types, Workbooks, and operational guidance are now in an optional reference section. The comparable first-alert path is reduced from 4,661 to 1,595 words; the supporting information remains available rather than being discarded.
The guide keeps important checks in the main path: tenant/app scope, the external-tenant setup branch, permissions, missing data, correct count/window settings, alert identity access, recipient verification, and safe testing. It distinguishes sign-in outcomes from OTP delivery or provider failure and uses official query links instead of inline KQL samples.
Two official screenshots remain beside the relevant steps, with source links and short copyright credits. There is no separate screenshot notice or repeated permission banner.
Review and verification
The revised beginner path was read continuously for clarity. All 18 previous anchors remain available through headings or aliases; 373 local targets and 164 anchor references pass. Both screenshots and the numbered steps render correctly, and the official references are preserved.
This revision changes only the guide. The overall PR changes documentation and images, not runtime or infrastructure code. No live Azure/Kusto queries, deployments, provider sends, or monitoring changes were performed.

Final clarity check
Three passes covered the beginner sequence, instruction/link accuracy, and wording. The final edits explain workspace, KQL, baseline, and action group at first use; make the first combined alert's Count/Total/Greater than choices explicit; and replace process commentary with a short transition to the optional reference. The guide still contains no inline query samples. Local links, aliases, and images remain valid.
