Ability to set default BG and G colors (when creating new lvl)

• I verify that this suggestion isn't already a feature in Tinker and that I have looked over the settings and mod description.

Feature description

Well at this point it would make sense to be able to set every color and options of a lvl (such as background type, fonts, speed, gamemode etc), but I personally only care about bg and g colors, so, uhm, yeah
