Settings wheel missing on image tab

On both Chrome and Firefox, what happened to the settings cog wheel the turn on and off some of the options on the image tab opened with the extension? It seems to have disappeared.

Settings are back in 3.0.0: open them from the More (⋯) button at the right end of the toolbar, or press Ctrl+, (⌘, on macOS).
