BetterViewer hijacks/blocks Firefox keyboard shortcuts

Alt+D, and Ctrl+Shift+A do not function (that i've found so far).

Thanks for the report! In 3.0.0, Alt+D reaches Firefox again. Ctrl+Shift+A is still captured by BetterViewer's select-all shortcut in 3.0.0; I've noted it so it can be passed through to Firefox.
