Interactive screening dashboard for the World Cup 2026 threat-assessment protocol. Companion to:

This dashboard explains the values and lets users explore alternative screening decisions and add pathogens of their own.

index.html is a single self-contained file (data inlined). Open it with double-click or:

extract_pathogens.R reads the cached Risk Filtering RDS from the sibling wc-threat-assessment repo. Override the path with WC_RISK_FILTERING_RDS=/path/to/risk_filtering.rds.

Social preview

The link/share thumbnail (assets/og-preview.png, referenced by the og:image / twitter:image tags in the head) is rendered from og-card.html — a standalone 1200×630 card that reuses the page's palette, fonts, and branding. To regenerate after a branding change, screenshot the card at 2× and overwrite the asset, e.g.:

og:image needs an absolute URL, so the asset is served by GitHub Pages at …/IDCUP26-screening-dashboard/assets/og-preview.png (not inlined).

Design

Visual chassis matches the InsightNet World Cup landing page (insightnet-us.github.io/InsightNet-WorldCup): Lato display titles + IBM Plex Sans / IBM Plex Mono, a pale-blue / midnight-indigo palette with a teal accent, a masthead brand stripe, and the InsightNet floral watermark band. Bucket colors (priority red / excluded green / under-eval amber) are re-tuned cooler to harmonize but keep their meaning. The watermark is inlined from assets/insightnet-watermark.png at build time via the __WATERMARK__ marker.
