Duplicated file (Qazwsx)

Hello,

In the repository, there are two files with the same information but classified in different languages. The files are:

```
PHP/Infector/Virus.PHP.Qazwsx
```

and

```
Perl/Virus.Perl.Qazwsx.a
```

and both are programmed in PHP.

Could a change be made so that only one of the files remains in the repository?
