Pins #3267 as a strict expected failure: OpenAPI request-body schemas reject valid deeply nested union input.

Why

An OpenAPI connection whose request body nests a oneOf a few levels deep (the Notion-style createPage fixture from #3267) gets a tool input schema that rejects the valid title [{ "text": { "content": "Upload attendee data" } }]. derefSchema counts every JSON level (keyword, array, $ref hop) toward MAX_DEREF_DEPTH (12), so the rich-text oneOf alternatives are truncated to {}. Both empty alternatives then match, and exclusive oneOf fails.

Without the it.fails marker:

With the marker the file passes: 36 passed | 1 expected fail.

Regressed in: not a recent regression. The depth-12 truncation dates to the initial commit (f44e16a3e); the reporter hit it on eve@0.53.1 and it still fails on main (bc4edd9e0).

This PR only adds the test. The fix arrives as a stacked PR that removes the marker. It does not close the issue.
