This adds
Get Channel iCalendar→ feat(helix): addGet Channel iCalendar#463These are the only extension endpoints that we can implement, as they're for the current broadcaster. I don't think we should implement the GuestStar endpoints yet, since the docs aren't updated to reflect the latest changes (many things are wrong there rn).
I don't think there's any other endpoint we have to implement.
