Simple text mode
The basic functionality of creating simple text labels in most hardware label makers: Enter a text, optionally select font, font size and styling, press print. It then prints the text vertically centered on the label. Also horizontally centered on fixed size labels or printed on a label of the required length in endless mode.
Cable flag
Extend the label with a margin appropriate for the cable diameter, a center mark and a copy of the label. The label can then be wrapped around a cable once and stuck together back to back to create a cable flag. Works only in endless mode.
Cable wrap
Write text vertically and repeat it multiple times. It is then printed with a length appropriate for the cable diameter. Then wrapped around a cable multiple times. The repeated text is visible from all sides. This is only of limited use with these small labels, but can be helpful nevertheless with a short text.
How to integrate it into the UI? The cable flag could be a toggle option that applies the template to any label (maybe in the print dialog). Simple mode and cable wrap could be added to the floating action button.
