Can't get out of the app drawer

When i swipe up to get out of the app drawer,it happens to just not go to the main screen.Usually,when i swipe up to get to the main screen,it works,but it happened to me like very often.i didnt have this issue before.i tried clearing the cache,it stayed in the same state,but it works only if i clear the memory of the app,but i need to redo all of the steps to set up the apps on the main screen. I dont know how this keeps happening and im sure there will be a solution to this.

I too frequently get stuck .. and i have to restart my device or change launcher from settings
