go-socket.io is actively maintained again

I'm working on go-socket.io, a Socket.IO implementation in Go.

The current version supports Socket.IO 1.x/2.x, including a Go server and an experimental client.

Next up is support for Socket.IO 3.x/4.x, a redesigned typed API, and better compatibility testing against the Node.js implementation.

The long-term goal is a solid Go alternative to Node.js Socket.IO, for both servers and clients.
