DOC - add an example that uses TabICL to the gallery

Describe the issue linked to the documentation

TabICL is an open source tabular foundational model that yields very good results in most scenarios. It would be interesting to have an example that uses TabICL as predictor and skrub for data preparation and feature engineering.

We might want to do something simple, or have an example with data ops where we perform some (limited) hyperparameter optimization.

the skrub example can use a different dataset / some other aspect, and also point to the tabicl one

Indeed, given the context we might focus more on the data preparation side of things.
