fix: Aktualisierung der CI/CD-Workflows und .gitignore
- Hinzufügung von Leerzeilen zur Verbesserung der Lesbarkeit in .gitignore, ci-cd.yml und manual-release.yml. - Anpassungen in den CI/CD-Workflows zur Behebung von Setuptools-Warnungen und zur Verbesserung der Paketinstallation. Diese Änderungen verbessern die Struktur und Lesbarkeit der Konfigurationsdateien.
