fix: Aktualisierung des CI/CD-Workflows zur Verbesserung der Paketüberprüfung und Veröffentlichung

- Ersetzung des Codecov-Upload-Schrittes durch einen Befehl zur Überprüfung der Paketverteilung mit Twine.
- Anpassung der Bedingungen für die Veröffentlichung auf PyPI und GitHub Packages.
- Verbesserung der Bandit-Sicherheitsüberprüfung durch direkte Installation und Ausführung im Workflow.

Diese Änderungen optimieren den CI/CD-Prozess und stellen sicher, dass Pakete vor der Veröffentlichung korrekt überprüft werden.
