Codes in other languages

Currently all data structure codes are in one language only

Can I Print the "Hello World" in a different language other than the written languages? Is it Acceptable?

@ShaikSarfraj-tech You can do it. Actually I have made this repository for another use but I know at this time people mainly focus on Hackoberfest. So I will accept your PR.
