[Feature Request] Add an option to hide the settings icon.

The flashing settings icon in the top right of the homepage can be rather annoying.

An option to either disable the flashing of the icon.
Or an option to make it a smaller icon, say a cog in a small square in a choosable position, i.e. top left, top right etc.
