Upgrade DynamicObj to 8.0.0
Use the [8.0.0, 9.0.0) dependency range and document FSharp.Core requirements and option-property hashing changes. No Plotly.NET source adaptations are required. Verified full clean FAKE tests and Pack: 960 core, 126 C#, and 6 ImageExport passed; 2 existing ImageExport cases remain pending. Package metadata contains the intended DynamicObj range. Refs #504.

As a consequence, the html dsl dependency switches back from `Giraffe.ViewEngine.StrongName 2.0.0-alpha1` to upstream `Giraffe.ViewEngine 1.4.0`. The namespace is unchanged, so user code is not affected.

- [#504](https://github.com/plotly/Plotly.NET/issues/504): Upgrade DynamicObj to `[8.0.0, 9.0.0)`, raising its transitive FSharp.Core minimum to 10.1.300. No Plotly.NET source adaptations were required. The upgrade includes revised hashing and equality for custom properties containing F# option values; ordinary optional chart arguments are unwrapped before storage.
