Synchronization issue between code and preview panes

Hello,
I am no longer able to synchronize the preview pane on the right (in highlight mode) with the HTML code editing area on the left. It is very slow and often fails to work.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?

Dans la partie aperçu sur la droite en mode surbrillance, je n'arrive plus à synchroniser avec la zone d'édition de code de la page html sur la gauche. C'est très lent et souvent inoppérant.
Voyez-vous d'où peut venir ce problème ?
