Thanks for sharing this. The linked work is two fork-only commits from May 30–31 rather than a PR against current main, and the editor has continued to change substantially since then. A production i18n contribution now needs to be rebased into a focused PR with an explicit string-extraction boundary, locale fallback and persistence behavior, and tests; the current roadmap answer is in #272. Closing this pointer so it is not mistaken for an active integration proposal.
