Captures the SPEC-DISTILL-001 epic's live state as of 2026-05-20:
Why this matters
The original spec (2026-05-18 v1.1.0) described the epic as "scaffolded but stubbed". Two days later, Phases 1-3 are closed and Phase 4 is running on Blackwell GB10. Future sessions reading the spec need the current state, not the original plan.
