[BUG] oC10: private link not reachable

In oC10 account:

Steps to reproduce

1. in web, disable Sharing API option:

2. In app, open the account and click on 3-dot-button of any item in the list

Current behavior

Sharing option is disabled, therefore private link is unreachable since the way to fetch it is getting into Sharing

Expected behavior

Private links are always available (check web). Sharing option should be available. Inside of it, the Add members and Create link will be shown depending on capabilities.

NOTE: not sure if it will affect to oCIS, since oCIS web lacks of a menu to enable/disable sharing capabilities
