Add CT scans of Herculaneum scrolls (Vesuvius Challenge) to Data Resources

@giorgioangel I was positively surprised to see OME-Zarr in that context. I am happy to add it to our list of sample data resources using OME-Zarr (https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/resources/data/index.html).

If you have extra information on why OME-Zarr and how you got to it, I would be interested in knowing more about it. I imagine that the multiscales support was the main driver, but maybe there was something more?

Hi @lubianat , it's a pleasure to connect! Indeed, the main factor was multiscales support. We ended up using a lot of tools developed in both the medical domain and connectomics. We use both neuroglancer and webknossos, and later on we developed our own unwrapping software ( https://github.com/ScrollPrize/villa/tree/main/volume-cartographer ) which also exploits the multiscales. I also like that it is comfortable to store metadata of physical units.
