Doc Lint baseline debt: repository-wide markdownlint failures #73

Description

@ndrorchestration

Current status — repository-wide documentation debt; historical baseline

This issue tracks broad repository-wide markdownlint debt separately from DGAF/PDMAL experimental validity.

Historical baseline

  • The previously cited Doc Lint run #390 on PR P0: Add epistemic alignment and Evidence Card architecture #65 is historical and must not be treated as the current main lint state.
  • Earlier failures covered headings, fenced-code languages, list spacing, reference links, table shape, trailing spaces, and related markdownlint rules.

Current acceptance path

  1. Run/retain a fresh repository-wide Doc Lint result against the current main tree.
  2. Classify failures as baseline vs newly introduced.
  3. Remediate or intentionally scope rules through a dedicated documentation change.
  4. Restore a green Doc Lint check without coupling unrelated cleanup to experimental/runtime freeze work.

Evidence boundary

A documentation-lint failure is a quality issue, not experimental falsification. Conversely, a green Doc Lint result does not establish PDMAL efficacy, freeze readiness, authorization, or empirical validity.

Current experimental state: PRE-FREEZE / FAIL-CLOSED / NOT AUTHORIZED / N=0
