No "Deleting" status is displayed for Durable Task Scheduler during deletion in Azure Resources view

Repro Steps:

1. Right-click one Durable Task Scheduler and delete it.
2. Check whether there is a "Deleting" status for the DTS during the deletion process.

Expect:
A "Deleting" status indicator should be shown while the scheduler is being deleted, similar to the behavior when deleting a function app.

Actual:
No "Deleting" status is displayed for the DTS during the deletion process.
