Currently the docs for CmdPal are in /Src/modules/CmdPal/doc.

1. They should be moved to /devdocs/modules.
2. There are no docs on how to implement plugin settings, the button and the plugin settings content in plugin manager.
3. The current documentation doesn't tell devs that the details paine uses markdown syntax. (I need to search and investigate code base to know that.)
