Exception Access Violation in Windows x86-64 when running in Windows 11 and default libraries (in release)

When running newer versions (from 3.3.0 higher) with any model, the JVM crashes.:

Using.: latest visual studio redistributable 2022 for this platform

jar used was downloaded via maven (https://jar-download.com/artifacts/de.kherud/llama). Pprevious versions up to llama-3.2.1.jar worked without error from the same source.

I had the same issue and the problem was "msvcp140.dll" in the Java JDK path. In my case:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17\bin\.
Thanks to Chat-GPT5:

1. Temporary fix; Rename msvcp140.dll file to something else (e.g xmsvcp140.dll) and run your app again

2. Download a new modern JDK and set the new JDK in you IDE (IntelliJ SDKs). I tested this JDK from Microsoft and it worked properly
