Get today's date/pass today's date through to LLM?

Is there a way to pass the current date through to paperless-gpt? I would like to record 'ai-processing-date' in a custom field, but because my LLM (Anthropic) doesn't know the date, it just makes one up. I tried using a paperless-ngx workflow for this as well, but it doesn't have an option to assign a relative date like 'today', just a fixed date.

If I could pass the current date to the LLM, I could have it assign the value to the custom field.
