Unable to connect to GitHub enterprise

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect to our GitHub Enterprise account and having issues. I have followed all instructions to set up and keep receiving this message.

I have taken the NON_STAFF_GITHUB_ADMIN_IDS as the id from api.github.com/users/mypersonalaccount.

I have tried provisioning an OAuth app on GHE and on GitHub.com but to no avail.

Any support would be much appreciated.

Hi @jackbicknell14 , are you still seeing this issue? Off the top of my head, I'm not quite sure what this could be. If you're still seeing this, would you mind reaching out at education@github.com and we can work from there?
