When enabling "Restrict Replay Access" in General Settings, the Replay Access Members field becomes unusable. It stays in a loading state and does not allow selecting or adding members.
Go to Settings → General
Enable Restrict Replay Access
Try to select users under Replay Access Members
If you type an random values into the field, a green tick will appear
I cannot reproduce this as a superuser, only as a regular manager/owner level user.

Members dropdown loads available users
Ability to select members or add via email

Steps to Reproduce
