Can we use this explorer with tendermint RPC only, without cosmos wrapper API? Is there a version already for something like this, and is this possible?

Was looking for alternatives online, but can not find anything good as this one.

I am also interested in this. My team wants to only uses custom Tendermint RPC events to build the state for the explorer. Is this possible?
