Summary

• move pi-agent dependencies from @mariozechner to @earendil-works packages
• update remaining agents examples off old durable-streams beta aliases
• refresh lockfile and adjust pi-agent-core message typing

The maintainer changed the npm org and deprecated the old one (what we're using now)
