SeriesAnalysis INPUT_FILE_LIST usage

I'm using (FCST)(OBS)_SERIES_ANALYSIS_INPUT_FILE_LIST to set a file with all the model analysis files to use with SeriesAnalysis. The METplus Configuration Glossary says if this is set then (FCST)(OBS)_SERIES_ANALYSIS_INPUT_TEMPLATE and (FCST)(OBS)_SERIES_ANALYSIS_INPUT_DIR are ignored. However when I went to run METplus I got

It seems it is still trying to use a INPUT_TEMPLATE even though it should be ignored. I can't remember if I brought this up before or not? I may have been looking at this when I first got back but I can't remember.

Hi @malloryprow, it looks like there is a bug in the code that handles input file lists in SeriesAnalysis. I can create an issue for it. Will you need a bugfix release with this change?
