In .Net 11 there is an alternative view that is much easier to understand. Check that out. |

As Paul said, as soon as I can install Visual Studio 2026 I try what .Net 11 proposes. Another solution I can think of is a mapped picture, where you can fire a different URL according to the point of the picture that is clicked. It is not impossible that it takes more time than what I did. |

Thank you, perhaps you can describe that a little ?
For the moment being I use a mobile connection and have a tendency to overflow the quota, I think I get a solution in a few weeks.
Until there I use Visual Studio 2022, that does not recognize .Net 10, and had problems with EF 10 because of that.

Hello everybody,
On my form I have to let the user lock or unlock a list, to enable editing elements.
At the beginning of the month I needed a checkbox, and found resources there, especially Hans Passant's ScalableCheckbox, to be installed in a user control. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3166244/how-to-increase-the-size-of-checkbox-in-winforms/3166502#3166502
This time, in an application that is not yet localized but targets an international audience, I feel that pictures to represent locked and unlocked can bring more clarity.
What I tried for that was to attribute the picture to the image attribute of a radiobutton, but reducing it to the good size is less obvious than expected. It could be tempting to put a picturebox between both, as it takes care of this aspect, but the radiobutton does not seem to accept a picturebox.
Perhaps spending more time to change the size through screen copies for instance can help, but it is possible somebody can have a more elegant solution.
