+* The "open namespace" code fix offers the `open` that brings an extension member into scope when the name is used as a member of a value or a type: the namespace of a C#-style extension method (`open System.Linq` for `xs.Where(...)`), or the module of an F# extension member and, for an `[<AutoOpen>]` module, also what opens it. It used to offer nothing there. For a C#-style extension method written as a bare name it no longer offers `open type` of the class, which does not make the method available by name.
