Have a honeypot channel for bots/compromised accounts in Discord

Idea Description

Have a public channel, that when someone posts to it, they get banned.

Also have a sufficient warning on the channel about this!

Rationale

We get a fair few, this would ease the burden on moderators doing admin

Problem

Scams exist which compromise account and Discord isn't perfect.

We would also want to update the welcome/rules or something to recommend people secure their accounts with MFA
