Debian Attended ISO fails Select and Install Software step

Describe the bug

During installation using the v0.3.23 Debian Attended version, the installation fails at the Select and Install Software step. A notice is provided:
"An installation step has failed. You can try to run the failing item again from the menu, or skit it and choose something else. The failing step is: Select and install software"

To Reproduce

1. Copy the v0.3.23 ISO to a USB stick, boot it and start the installer
2. Select hostname, username, passwords, partitioning
3. During installation, the error is received
