Delete unreferenced logo variants

logo.png, logo2.png, and the two favicon/logo-bubble images are older
takes on the mark that nothing links to. Only logo3.png is referenced,
from _config.yml, software.md, and three tags in head.html. The bubble
images were the only contents of images/logopic/favicon/, so that
directory goes too.
