Importing tasks seems to prioritize Italian statement over any other language

Description: When importing a task with the statement several languages, if Italian is available it picks it as default language

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a task with the statement in multiple languages, including 'en' and 'it'
2. Import that task using cmsImportTask

Expected: I would expect English to be default language for statements when available, with a higher preference than Italian

Actual: Italian is the default statement language if it is available

you're supposed to set the primary_language key in task.yaml.

there's quite a few "italy-isms" in the default importer (e.g. most of the keys in task.yaml can alternatively be given in italian), this is just one of them. (it's called italy_yaml for a reason.)

technically, changing the default from italian to english would be a backwards-incompatible change, but this feels minor enough that maybe we could just do it anyways. @veluca93 thoughts?

I am fine with the backwards-incompatible change here, nowadays we generate our task.yaml anyway :-)
