Coordination

Previous handles #682/#683 (closed). #669 live on SDK/overlay/governance scopes; a merge of main introduces no edits of mine to those files.

Completed: merged origin/main (8a232a6) into fix/brc100-conformance-bundle as 4c15c8b and pushed, for #679 (was BEHIND). main's SonarCloud analysis of 2026-09-29 20:06 UTC now records the rules activated at 16:09 UTC, so the PR's 78 findings in unchanged code should re-baseline as existing on this head.

• Merge was clean. Locally: pnpm docs:facts:check, ops:check, format:root and check-versions pass. health:check fails only on untracked, gitignored local files (.claude/worktrees, infra/overlay-server/.env), which CI checkouts do not contain.
• Pending: hosted CI on 4c15c8b (Sonar gate, merge-gate). The PR is still draft and not merged. No successor handle; any further fix opens a fresh one.
