Previous handle #678 (closed). #669 is live on SDK/overlay/governance scopes; no overlap with these wallet-toolbox files.

Completed: WalletPermissionsManager now lets the originator that signed a signAndProcess:false no-send action with signAction abort it, by the signed reference or txid. Other originators still cannot; actions signAction broadcasts are never recorded.

• Commit fa8da17 on fix/brc100-conformance-bundle, pushed to fix: BRC-100 conformance fixes for SDK 2.8.11 and wallet-toolbox 2.14.4 #679 (still draft, not merged). PR description updated.
• Validation: wallet-toolbox WalletPermissionsManager suites 18/18, 259 tests pass (4 new); tsc --noEmit clean; oxlint --deny-warnings and prettier clean on changed source/test files. Confirmed in BSV Browser (iOS simulator) with this branch's packages: fast.brc.dev conformance signAction card passes.
• Pending: hosted CI on the new head. No other ts-stack work in progress under this handle. No successor handle.
