Manager fields are WIP; canonical physical custody key fixes a genuine tombstone retention defect. Existing receipt code already requires an acknowledged window. New manager recovery/resource-fallback cases remain unqualified; last diagnostic reached its actual cancellation bound. Own readers/assertions are terminal, no app push. Finish remaining verified ordinary cache/continuation and authenticated remote primary/field push/backup/recovery features, then final integration/docs and complete qualification. Preserve unsigned MySQL source keys and original97/61 mutation,20-pair58-lane, all native/corpus/seed/threshold/control contracts. All11 acceptance rows/fullgoal OPEN/ACTIVE. Quality proposal review-only/inactive. Peer1188 carried additive metadata division remains unchanged.

Implementation checkpoint complete; the full544 goal is still ACTIVE and all11 acceptance rows OPEN. Local source558 663540bceba90d17bb417ba6a8c5fb552debe8c5 includes source557 and current main8ac5939; app checkout clean,26 unpublished commits, no app push or hosted campaign. PR569 remains OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED/autooff.

Added opt-in manager fields, verified ordinary-byte reuse, acknowledged provenance consumer reads, actual local SQL field sources, authenticated full/mobile uploads with durable SQL owner recovery/cancellation, separate READY/financial ACK, and explicit READY continuation after actual source closure and fresh server/client controllers. Canonical custody keys preserve owned tombstone retirement; canonical field binding order prevents same-window rotation. Recovery settings negotiation uses a bounded real connection-loss retry. Four filtered actual SQLite/HTTP/request cases PASS, nine not selected; selected/public-source-consumer and separate node-only production types0 diagnostics, lint/format/diff PASS,23 registry and2 package-doc contracts PASS. Existing failed/interrupted samples are preserved. This does not qualify native/MySQL/browser/physical-mobile/process-crash/full system or mutants. All97IDs/61wallet targets, original ordered paths/tests/controls and20nativepairs58lanes retained.

Remaining implementation: actual primary reconciliation/remote handoff and all stale/in-flight writer/current-source fences; full owning-manager recovery and supported large-wallet/large-record/profile integration; final finite feature/API/migration review. Then freeze and qualify the original complete system/CI/analyzers/review. Prior manager/native positives and DATA deadline failure remain unqualified. MySQL source keys are unsigned; incoming signed SQLite provenance remains preserved. Quality-budget draft remains REVIEW ONLY/inactive, with no gate/profile/baseline/finding-state changes; published analysis still fails both rules. No merge/publication/deployment/funding.

Fresh peer1190 ACK19008930 limited release-ledger edits to the wallet summary/migration fields; every other entry/version/top-level field is unchanged. Peer1191/default/SDK/UTXO sources/resources untouched. All own readers/build/controller operations are terminal; own/default VMs freshly stopped, peer VM running untouched, shared Docker context desktop-linux unchanged.
