Full field financial integration, actual remote primary handoff and all11 acceptance/whole-system qualification remain open; new native financial positives unexecuted and original DATA30s timeout retained. Existing ACK19003699 division remains visible in live1180 Lockfile. Continue genuine wallet implementation; hold app push/hosted campaigns until full feature assembly.

Progress closeout; full #544/#542/#543 goal remains ACTIVE and all eleven acceptance rows OPEN. PR #569 remains OPEN/DRAFT/unmerged, auto-merge off.

Local source551 3fd538b and source552 5e61ecb are committed, with a clean application tree, twenty unpublished commits above public532 39413ca and current verified main8ac593927dfe4d3f7faed0e73bff5cbc364c8b3e included. No application push or hosted campaign.

Implemented shared actual journal financial promotion, genuine archive membership before captured-prefix writes, bounded captured-prefix comparison, complete fieldless row effects, genuine native action/proof preparation and original proof financial-effect reuse. Proof identity/current reads now support exact source spelling and explicitly opted-in legacy canonical storage while preserving original full-snapshot defaults and acknowledged physical identity.

Development evidence: three selected host field-receiver cases passed (six other original cases not selected); the final full proof-identity file passed all twelve cases after preserving its initial red failure. Selected and production types report zero diagnostics, including current552 production927roots/node-only. Source hashes and compiler-held text were stable for final readers. Earlier formatter/reader-overlap samples remain explicitly unqualified. Original statement/case controls and all97 mutation configurations remain unchanged; no root configuration edits this batch. Host evidence is advisory and earlier receiver evidence is source551 development only.

Genuine native proof/action financial roundtrip assertions are authored in both existing selected native cases but UNEXECUTED. The original DATA30s timeout remains unresolved. Native request/history/notification handling, remaining simple payloads, full sync-state provenance, ordinary SQLite/MySQL field storage/effects, manager routing/cancellation/recovery and authenticated remote primary reconciliation remain, followed by complete exact-source qualification. No feature-complete or whole-system/native/CI-green claim. The quality budget proposal is REVIEW ONLY; no active gates or finding statuses changed.

All own source/type/test/format readers and own mutations are drained. Dedicated qualification VM remains Stopped; peer sources/VM/resources untouched. No publication, deployment, funding or merge. Releasing this handle with empty scope; reacquire fresh inspected coordination before further covered work.
