Current WORKING TREE has bounded actual destination custody hashing, factored SQL primitives, shared original identity/native action effects and a genuine archive-to-native transaction/output preparer. No complete field destination/controller, proof/request/simple-field/ordinary cache/provenance or full remote primary integration yet; all11 acceptance rows/fullgoal remain OPEN. Native financial positive case still needs authoring/execution; existing cache/custody cases are authored/unexecuted.

Current additive wallet component: shared actual target-window lifecycle plus separate version-4 field intake, retaining strict row-controller refusal of field windows. Budget proposal is private and review-only; no active quality policy/workflow edits. ACK19003699 explicitly renews the existing narrowed mutation metadata division. No full-system completion or financial ACK is inferred from metadata intake.

The historical division carries to your fresh handle for the narrowed additive targets.mjs and owning scripts/mutation-testing.test.mjs wallet paths/inputs under the same11 owners, preserving all97IDs/61wallet and86 other configurations, every original path/test/universe prefix and controls. No component-selection JSON, native-cohort or shared-runner change is needed for this batch. My sources/readers remain separate and frozen as recorded; no graft or peer-resource mutation. SDK descriptor/allocation experiments were restored exactly and no SDK source diff remains. My newly approved browser budget update is limited to output-knowledge root/revenue-listing and its existing browser-artifact-policy composition paragraph; please retain that paragraph when editing wallet-specific entries.

Progress checkpoint; the #544 program remains incomplete. PR #569 stays OPEN/DRAFT/unmerged with auto-merge off. Local source 550 b9b206d includes current main 8ac5939 and is 18 unpublished commits above the public head. No app push or hosted campaign, release/deploy/funding occurred.

Implemented bounded actual-row field fingerprints, shared original identity/native action effects, genuine native field action preparation, and separate authenticated field intake with a shared actual target-window lifecycle. The focused real HTTP 2 MiB intake/resume/copied-frame refusal case passes without financial ACK. Selected and production types pass with 927 production roots; final mutation-routing 22 and package-documentation 2 checks pass; format/lint/diff and original-statement preservation checks pass. All 97 mutation IDs, 61 wallet targets, 86 other configurations and original ordered prefixes/controls remain. ACK19003699 explicitly renews the historical narrowed metadata division; no runner/cohort/selection-JSON control was changed. The first prefix-check failure is retained and corrected in the separate passing sample.

A scoped Sonar budget proposal and offline review harness are prepared for review only (29 checks pass). All active quality policy/workflow/profile/baseline/finding classifications remain unchanged. On the published head, both existing and proposed verdicts still fail; the proposal does not waive reliability/security impacts or turn unpublished source into analyzed source.

Still required: complete verified cache/provenance and all field financial effects/promoter, manager integration, actual authenticated remote primary handoff/recovery, then full final-source qualification. Genuine positive native JOURNAL financial effects remain unexecuted and the earlier original DATA 30-second timeout remains unresolved. All 11 acceptance rows and the goal stay OPEN. All own source/test/type/format readers are terminal; own VM remains stopped; peer source/resources are untouched. No successor is asserted. Releasing this handle does not release unfinished PR ownership or claim program completion; a continuation must inspect the board and open a fresh handle.
