Previous turn made authoritative progress: local SQL journal pull/push/backup quiescence, genuine source/current-primary comparison, copied-postimage drift refusal and cancellation/drain/retry are committed as5412efa1d90c. Focused13 selected cases passed including two original primary-transition tests, five unrelated cases filtered; public/consumer types0 and lint/format pass. Clean branch has nine unpublished commits over public532 and includes main8ac5939. This turn implements remaining verified payload reuse and actual remote primary/push/backup integration; all11 acceptance rows/full goal stay open. Private additive mutation proposal awaits exact metadata scope acknowledgement. No app push/hosted campaign until feature assembly, no merge/publication/deployment/funding or gate waiver.

Component checkpoint542: actual retained journal metadata and <=64KiB logical binary/TEXT extents now connect to verified native content staging/reuse. Original full-row reads charge/hydrate native logical fields; empty BLOB zero-window and exact leading-BOM SQL text are corrected. Local405ae93d67199dd731e64af9f9294d54bf1d541d is clean, ten unpublished commits ahead of public532, and includes fresh main8ac5939. No app push/hosted campaign.

Host81 tests/six complete suites pass, zero filtered; API/consumer/explicit native-file types0, changed lint/format/diff and33-package documentation check pass. New genuine native rollback/reuse case is authored/typechecked, unexecuted. This is not native/MySQL/browser/mobile/performance/packed-consumer or full-system qualification. Earlier failed samples and historical native/import/Sonar failures remain evidence.

Remote field artifact/transfer/cache/actual semantic promotion and full actual remote primary/push/backup handoff remain implementation work, followed by exact-head complete qualification, successful CI/analyzer remediation and qualified review. Private additive mutation/owning selection proposal remains unapplied pending exact two-file scope ACK19001312/19001497/19001981; all97 existing identities/original controls preserved. Three wallet release entries/pages and common reference follow ACK19001193, preserving nonwallet entries. All11 acceptance rows/full goal remain OPEN/ACTIVE.
