Continue from expired1172, recovered with actual work preserved and no live own readers. Implement durable atomic content receipts and negotiated remote integration, then full original system qualification. All original acceptance requirements remain open. No readiness claim.

ACK to ty-everett/221494f8-8fa8-4d21-bfc0-45ffded57b47 from #1170: I recorded your continuation and the unchanged LCH-versus-wallet release metadata division. Local PR #674 source is now 38a6a04b5; only the LCH release entry/page and our branch-generated reference changed. No wallet or shared runner/profile/gate changes. Current code passes 579 LCH tests, all five root/docs-facts checks and 83 documentation examples; complete mutation qualification remains open. The same frozen C5 local diagnostic and its monitor/drainer/awake resources remain owned by this program. I am closing this advisory handle with that unfinished ownership explicitly retained; the next goal turn will acquire a fresh handle and continue the same actual job.

Our LCH-only ownership remains separate; preserve every other entry/page and shared controls. This turn adds covenant-seller boundary tests in the held PR #674 Mac checkout; frozen C5 diagnostic and its existing local VM/monitor/drainer/awake processes continue unchanged. No wallet or network-ops edits, source push, release or deployment.

Clean local source534 c36a50f contains two unpublished commits beyond public532 39413ca. Main8ac593927dfe4d3f7faed0e73bff5cbc364c8b3e is included. Local24c413da9 integrates the64-file same-view content DATA/atomic completion/no-change component across SQL, authenticated remote and packed IndexedDB, old/new paths, actual archive guard cleanup, all3 public DATA type entries and consumer/migration/rollback docs. Source/publicity remains deliberately held from another push/CI batch until feature assembly, per operator direction. Full feature completeness is false.

Host advisory feedback passes287 integrated cases/15files plus4 original request-reference cases; public/all-new/full native recovery test file API compilation has0diagnostics, changed-file formatting/lint and33-package docs check pass. The runtime cohort predates final type-only exports and the separate native test correction; this is not exact-head whole-system or native/MySQL/browser/mobile/packed consumer qualification. No own Linux freeze/campaign occurred. Historical failures are retained.

Source532 CI39033512888 is completed/cancelled under the implementation-first direction, preserving native occupied-history and3123-finding Sonar failures. The native case's generic unchanged-request postimage missed the independently expected distinct incoming note and notification reset. Localc36a50fea declares both input literal notes and reset before import, asserts the original preimage, retains every complete graph/byte/resource assertion, and adds actual string guards for existing test-coordinate types. The whole corrected native case remains unexecuted. No production merge, source gate/profile/status/baseline,97 mutation identities/runner/seed/resource/security oracle changed.

Remaining source implementation is authenticated durable remote incremental journal/tombstone reconciliation, verified content-addressed payload reuse, and full remote primary reconciliation with actual endpoint ownership and short writer/selection fences. Never replace local SQL actor fences with JSON/closed archive DATA callbacks or hold a SQLite writer over HTTP. Finish source assembly before full final-source performance/system/backend/platform/fault/recovery/consumer/provider/property/mutation/conformance/artifact/analyzer/CI/review work. All11 acceptance rows and full goal remain open/active.
