This updates the package, CI, and publish flow to use pnpm, including a new npm publish workflow and pnpm lockfile. It also migrates linting to flat ESLint config with Perfectionist sorting rules and removes the legacy Yarn and eslintrc setup. Finally, it makes the TypeScript build path TS 6 compatible so lint, build, tests, and npm pack all pass again.
